Digestive Problems & Insomnia
“I can’t sleep because of a digestive issue”
Digestive issues affect nearly seventy million people. These include chronic constipation, gallstones, gastric reflux, gastrointestinal infections, hemorrhoids, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and ulcerative colitis. Many of them are debilitating and can interrupt sleep.
