The 28-Day Insomnia Repair Program lies at the heart of Rewired for Sleep. It is a self-help program to help you get maximum benefit from Rewired for Sleep. It organises the many tools and resources described in the book and available on this website into a day-by-day better sleep guide with audio meditations, exercises, tasks, acupoints and worksheets. By the time you have completed the program you will have been able to sample many of the available resources and collect together those you enjoy and find most effective as bookmarks.

The Rewired Sanctuary resources have been created as a supplementary companion to the book Rewired for Sleep by Daniel R Bernstein. You can follow all the exercises, meditations and trance inductions as well as the 28-Day Insomnia Repair Program just by reading the book - the online resources are not essential for you to benefit from the methods it teaches. 

However, most of the trance inductions, and certainly the 28-Day Program are difficult to use effectively without having the more detailed instructions and insights that the book provides. 

The 28-Day Insomnia Repair Program is part of the book Rewired for Sleep by Daniel R Bernstein, L Ac Ch. You can find out how to purchase it in your preferred format here.

There are a few very small recommended but optional purchases suggested in program, nothing that costs more than a few dollars, and many of which you may already have at home. You can follow the program quite adequately without buying anything extra.
