Tools for Self-Repair

 The tools and resources found here are a few of those available in Rewired for Sleep.  They’re bound to come in handy on your trek to sleep, and the book will show you how to best to use them. “Make your Plan” offers you a 28-day  guide for using the various tools found in Rewired for Sleep so that you may get the most from them on your trek  toward healthy sleep.  

Video might get renamed tools as I am not sure you have that much and it’s mainly the tiger warmer demo, so we’d lead with the bits and pieces they can buy. Get a nice looking yoga mat  etc in there.maybe some books.

MEDITATIONS

The various meditations found here are meant to do two things. One is two calm the overactive mind long enough for sleep to have a chance to take over. The other value of them is to give you options on how you'll approach your mind going forward. Make use them in any way you see fit.

28-DAY SLEEP PROGRAM

The 28-Day Program was built so that you'll have a template to work from moving forward. Rewired for Sleep has a great deal of information, and without the Program it may seem like just too much. The Program will help you sort it out. Feel free to make full use of it, even change it up to meet your specifications. That's what it's there for.

The term self-hypnosis is almost repetitive. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis to the degree that the person entering into trance is always in control of how deeply they wish to go into trance.
