Here are your Sleep Repair activities and Journal suggestions for today:

  • Do Six Healing Sounds of Liu Zi Jue (10 minutes) (Chapter 9: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Qi Gong, Rewired for Sleep), homing in on the ones that sound best to you.
  • At night, massage Yintang, Heart 7 & Kidney 1 twelve times in each direction
  • Go over the short form Meridian Tapping points for several minutes.
  • Descend the Staircase to Your Special Place. Enter your Sleep Room.
  • Listen to Inner Smile
  • Notice what you’re eating, and affirm that you’ll adjust as necessary.
