Here are your Sleep Repair activities and Journal suggestions for today:

  • If you have purchased an essential oil, add it to Ki1, Yintang and Ht7
  • If you find yourself thinking about the mistakes you’ve made, Remake Your Day (in Chapter 4, Stress and Lifestyle, Rewired for Sleep)
  • Write one or two Affirmations; if you like, do Betty E. Self-Hypnosis
  • Progressive Muscle Relaxation  would be a nice way to finish the day.
