In your journal:
• Note your average sleep time (number of hours per night)
• Note your average time in bed (number of hours per night)

• Massage Anmian and Yintang 24 times in each direction while taking deep breaths.
• Do the Five, Five and Five Exercise (Chapter 2, Rewired for Sleep). Note which part of it seemed most helpful.
• If you are experiencing anxiety, do Reverse Spin
• If something is bugging you about your day, do Remake Your Day (Chapter 4, Rewired for Sleep).
