Here are your Sleep Repair activities and Journal suggestions for today:

Morning:

In your journal:
• Note your average sleep time (number of hours per night)
• Note your average time in bed (number of hours per night)

(You’ll do this every day from now on. We have a daily worksheet available for download here)

Evening:

• Massage Anmian and Yintang 24 times in each direction while taking deep breaths.
• Do the Five, Five and Five Exercise (Chapter 2, Rewired for Sleep). Note which part of it seemed most helpful.
• If you are experiencing anxiety, do Reverse Spin
• If something is bugging you about your day, do Remake Your Day (Chapter 4, Rewired for Sleep).
• If you have purchased this optional item you can listen to Sleep Now
