- Record your impressions of the 7-Day Challenge in your Sleep Journal
- Do all Six Healing Sounds and notice which sound which you don’t resonate with.
- Use your Tiger Warmer on the acupoints that are your biggest barriers to sleep.
- Review Chapter 7, The Case for the Elastic Brain in Rewired for Sleep. Write down some affirmations in your Sleep Journal and say them out loud to yourself in a mirror for a full five minutes. No cheating.
- Practice your new ability to calm your nervous system with Autogenic Training followed by the Staircase
- As an alternative, listen to a Guided Meditation to your Safe Place (choose from The Beach, Honduran Rainforest, The Lake or The Garden Path)
