Here are your Sleep Repair activities and Journal suggestions for today:

  • It’s the last day of your Neuroplasticity Challenge (In The Extra Mile 1.5 in Rewired for Sleep)
  • Which part of the 7-Day Challenge would you keep doing as a form of self-expansion?
  • Create some more affirmations – Don’t forget: “Make your affirmations as bold, delicious, and audacious as you want your life to be!” As you do them….
  • Listen to Betty E. Self-Hypnosis and induce your own trance state. Before you start, use your Sleep Journal to affirm exactly how you want to feel at the end of this session. Get Creative!
  • Do Inner Smile especially if you’re experiencing feelings of sadness or depression.
  • Continue with your herbs and supplements, and don’t be afraid to change them up.
