Here are your Sleep Repair activities and Journal suggestions for today:

  • Tiger Warmer on Hrt7, Ki6 and KI1
  • Practice Six Healing Sounds
  • Today’s exercises focus on practising techniques to help you overcome anxiety and trauma. Start with Reverse Spin.
  • For PTSD, try the Four-Step Trauma Intervention (FSTI) (it’s in Chapter 15, Unplug from Anxiety in Rewired for Sleep)
  • Practise Move the Voice (in Chapter 4, Stress & Lifestyle) to deal with negative voices that beset you.
  • To dispel remaining troubled thoughts before sleeping, listen to The Staircase to your Special Place (Beach, Rainforest, etc.)
