Here are your Sleep Repair activities and Journal suggestions for today:

• Note down the hours you spent sleeping and the hours you spent in bed on your daily worksheet.
• Do abdominal breathing (Chapter 4, Rewired for Sleep) for five minutes
• Listen to Autogenic Training
• If there is a punitive voice in your mind, do Move the Voice (Chapter 4, Rewired for Sleep).
