Here are your Sleep Repair activities and Journal suggestions for today:

  • If your mind is overactive, do Reverse Spin.
  • Do you sometimes feel panicky? Learn how to do Four-Step Trauma Intervention (FSTI) in Chapter 15 of Rewired for Sleep so that you can use it when you need it during the day.
  • Try Progressive Muscle Relaxation (This exercise is most effective when done at night)
  • Locate the points for the Auricular Insomnia protocol (hit the button below). Press all of the points with a Q-Tip.
