Here are your Sleep Repair activities and Journal suggestions for today:

  • Note the hours you have spent sleeping and the hours you’ve spent in bed in your journal.
  • Turn off the cell phone 20 minutes before coming home.
  • Read Dina Hangs Her Problems on a Hook in Chapter 13, Rewired for Sleep.
  • Take off your “work coat” and hang it up for the evening.
  • Use a Q-tip to gently stimulate three auricular points.
