  • Herbs: make a tea of hops, passionflower and valerian. Drink nightly.
  • Purchase a Tiger Warmer and moxa sticks
  • At night, Acknowledge the Voice (Chapter 10: Nutrition Impossible? Sleep-Positive Food in Rewired for Sleep)
