The Beach - Transcript
See yourself on a beach, a sparkling, turquoise blue sea before you.
It’s a perfect summer’s day, neither too warm nor too cool.
You feel the sand beneath your toes, a cool breeze flowing through your hair. You smell the sea air, hear the soft cooing of gulls above you.
The gentle rippling tide comes in, and it goes out. Out on the calm blue sea, you see sailboats bobbing up and down, as waves roll in and go out.
You walk to the water’s edge and dip your toes in. The water is refreshing, and you decide to wade in a bit deeper. You feel so relaxed, so calm, calmer than you’ve felt in a long, long time. You inhale deeply and relax even more.
