You’re walking along a garden path.
It’s a perfect day, and a gentle breeze on your skin is neither too warm nor too cool. Feel a sense of calm.
To one side you see there are flowers; you hear the soothing sound of birds in the gently swaying trees.
You are on a gravel path, and you find the sound of the pebbles underfoot calming.
A bench is nearby. It might be made of wood, or stone, or some other material.
Perhaps you sit down and close your eyes for a moment, or else you see yourself lying down, in a meadow or in your bed, feeling calm, sleepy. You remember what it was like to sleep easily, the heaviness of your legs, the drowsiness …
